Some sessions are just extra special, and this was one of those! Julia and I were roommates in college at N.C. State our freshman year, and Luke lived on the same floor of Bowen hall. Julia and I didn’t know each other, but were selected as compatible roommates via State’s lottery system. I like to joke that I “won the roommate lottery!”
Julia and I quickly fell into friendship, and she and Luke started dating freshman year. I’m lucky to have had a front row seat in this sweet couple’s journey thus far, and I can’t wait to shower their bundle of joy with hugs & kisses (and photos!) when he/she arrives. Baby Tompkins, you are already so loved and I cannot wait to meet you!
Golly, this session was a true joy to capture, and I cannot wait to photograph Julia’s maternity photos in a few months and then baby Tompkins’ newborns!
