I had the pleasure of spending last Sunday morning with a few families.
The first family I had the pleasure of spending time with was the Hardee family. Ashley and I went to high school together, but haven’t seen each other in years. It was so nice to meet her husband, Tanner, and their little boy, Bennett.
Bennett was full of energy, and loved the bridge!
After the Hardee family, I got to spend some time with our neighbors, the Rosenberg family. Roxanne and Mike have been welcoming since we moved into our neighborhood three years ago, and they have the cutest boys- Marco and Rafa.
I love these shots of them ticking each other, and then giving each other a kiss on the cheek! How sweet are they?
The next family- the Kosturko family- is so precious. Annie was in my infant class, and now that I’m a toddler teacher, she’s in my class again! I loved cuddling Annie as a baby, and now she gives the best hugs! On Sunday, I loved getting to know her baby sister, Betty, a little bit better! Don’t they have such similar smiles?!
Annie, Betty, Lucy, and Pete were all in such good moods and were up for tickle fights and playing airplane. I also think it’s so sweet that they invited grandma and grandpa to come along for some of the photos!
Does this next family look familiar? I took maternity photos for Catherine and Jesse earlier this year. This was my first time meeting their baby girl, Delaney, who is three months old.
As a photographer, there are few things more memorable and special than being able to watch your client’s families grow. I cannot wait to see how Delaney changes between now and the next time I have the honor of taking their family photos.
Getting to know these four families this past Sunday was a true gift.
